| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 바이오디젤 산업의 부산물로 발생되는 글리세롤을 유일한 탄소원으로 하는 배지에서 높은 비성장속도를 나타내는 대장균 변이주에 대한 것이다. 실험실진화 기법으로 개발된 본 변이주는 자연형의 대장균에 비해 높은 비성장속도와 최종세포농도를 나타내며, 이로인해 생물전환공정에 응용할 시 높은 비생산성을 보이므로 향후 대장균을 이용하여 글리세롤로부터 유용한 산물을 생산하는 생물전환공정에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. | - |
