- 이 장치는 건축물의 층간에 설치하여 지진과 바람 등에 의한 빌딩 구조물의 횡방향 진동을 저감하기 위한 감쇠기 시스템이다. 여러 감쇠기 시스템이 있으나 개발한 장치는 기존의 감쇠기와는 달리 Yield Damper와 Oil Damper를 적절한 형상으로 조합하여 발생 가능한 다양한 지진에 대하여 효과적으로 진동을 흡수할 수 있는 장치이다.
