| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 혼합 생약재 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 혼합 생약재 추출물은, 항산화 활성 및 피부 병원균인 표피 포도상구균 (Stapylococcus epidermidis)에 대한 항균 활성이 우수하며, RAW264.7 세포 내에서 세포 생존율의 감소를 거의 나타내지 않아 세포독성이 없고, LPS-유도 RAW264.7 세포 내에서 산화질소(NO) 및 TNF-α의 생성 을 감소시키며, 농도 의존적으로 TNF-α, IL-6, iNOS 및 COX2의 발현 정도를 유의 하게 감소시키고, JNK 및 p38의 인산화 활성을 억제시키며, 사이토카인 및 케모카 인 (TNF-α, IL-10, IL-6, IL-1α, MIP1α)의 mRNA 발현 정도를 유의하게 감소시킴 으로써, 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용한 의약품 및 건강기능식품으로 사용 될 수 있다. | - |
