| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 단삼, 필발, 천궁, 육두구, 포황, 정향, 백단향, 및 소합향으로 구성된 혼합생약 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 파킨슨병의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 혼합 생약 추출물은 세포 수준 및 파킨슨병 마우스 모델의 행동실험결과 신경세포 사멸 및 미토콘드리아 막전위 감소를 저해하고, 파킨슨병 마우스 모델에서 운동능력을 향상시키며 TH(tyrosine hydroxylase)의 발현을 회복시킴으로써 신경세포 보호 효과를 나타내므로 상기 혼합 생약 추출물은 파킨슨병의 병리학적 특징인 신경세포의 퇴화 및 행동저하를 지연시킬 수 있으므로 파킨슨병의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. | - |
