| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 성체줄기세포에 전자기장을 처리하여 슈반세포로 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 발명에 따른 분화 방법은 말초신경에서 슈반세포의 제한적인 수득률과 세포공급원이 모자라는 문제를 극복하고, 고가의 일차배양 슈반세포 배양용 배지 또는 슈반분화용 배지의 사용 없이 슈반세포를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제공할 것이다. | - |
