- 본 발명은 핵산 압타머 선별을 위한 멀티플렉스 미세 유체 장치 및 이를 이용한 핵산 압타머의 고속 선별방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 기존 단일 타겟에 대한 압타머 개발방식을 개선된 멀티플렉스 플랫폼으로 전환시킨 멀티플렉스 마이크로 유체 장치 (SELEX lap-on-a-chip) 및 이를 고속 시퀀싱법(high throughput sequencing)과 연계한 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 압타머의 고속 선별방법(high throughput selection mehtod)에 관한 것임.
