- 본 발명은 살아있는 세포의 XPG 엔도뉴클레아제 활성을 정량적으로 분석할 수 있는 효과적인 분석방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 재조합 단백질의 과발현 또는 정제 단계를 거칠 필요 없이 간단하고 저렴하게 XPG 엔도뉴클레아제 활성을 분석할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상대적으로 적은 양의 DNA 기질을 사용하여 분석이 가능하고, 또한 분석 시간을 단축할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
