- Abstract
- 효소형은 반응계가 비교적 단순하며 이미 수많은 특허가 등록되고 연구 또한 상당한 수준으로 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 효소형에 아직 적용되지 않았던 효소를 탐색하였으며 그 성능 또한 우수하게 나타났다. 상용 효소형 TTI의 pH 의존성을 탈피할 수 있는 반응계를 설계하였다.
