| dc.description.abstract | 식물 품종 육성에 있어서 유전자원의 확보, 구분, 이용은 매우 중요하다. 특히 개발된 품종은 다른 품종과 구분되어야 하고 구분 기술은 반드시 필요한 분야이다. 오이는 다른 작물에 비해 품종 간에 유전적 차이가 매우 적은 작물로 평가된다. 따라서 오이 품종사이에는 상대적으로 낮은 염기서열 다형성을 보이며 이를 구분하기 위하여 더 많은 다형성 마커의 개발이 요구되어진다. 본 개발은 두 오이 품종간의 염기서열을 비교하여 다른 위치에 비해 상대적으로 더 많은 다형성 염기서열을 포함하는 DNA 지역을 찾고 PCR 증폭이 가능한 프라이머를 제작하여 오이 품종 사이에서 다형성을 보이는 프라이머 조합을 개발하였다 | - |
