- 모낭(hair follicle)의 형성을 유도하는 능력이 있는 모유두 조직의 제조방법에 관한 것으로,구체적으로 본 발명의 제조방법은 모낭의 진피성분인 모유두(dermal papilla)와 결직초(dermal sheath)를 구성하는 세포와 세포의 특성이 유사한 중간엽 줄기세포를 다양한 조직으로부터 분리하여 특정한 배지에 배양함으로써 모유두 조직으로 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것임.
