- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 디지털 기술 지향성(Digital Technology Orientation, DTO)과 기업의 국제화 운영성과 사이의 관계를 탐구하고자 한다. 구체적으로 디지털 기술 지향성의 내용을 세분화하여 이를 인공지능, 블록체인, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 빅데이터 및 디지털 기술 응용의 다섯 가지 측면으로 구분한 후, 국제화 운영 성과에 미치는 영향을 탐구했다. 연구 설계 단계에서는 세 가지 핵심 가설을 제시했다. 2014년부터 2022년까지 24,545개의 중국 A주 상장 기업을 대상으로 연구를 수행했으며, 데이터는 CSMAR에서 추출했다. 고정 효과 및 확률 효과 모델의 결과 우리는 디지털 기술 지향성이 전체적으로 국제화에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인했다. 특히, 인공지능, 클라우드 컴퓨킹, 그리고 디지털 기술 응용 기반의 디지털 기술 지향성 효과가 보다 두드러졌다. 추가로, 조절 효과 분석 결과 대기업이 디지털 기술 지향성에서 더 많은 국제화 성과 이익을 얻고 있음을 보여주었다.
