| dc.description.abstract | 한반도 분단 장기화로 남북 간의 이질성이 고착·확대되어 왔다. 최근 한반도 정세가 급변하면서 한반도 평화와 번영이란 관점에서 남북 교류 및 통일에 대한 준비 필요성이 다시 높아지고 있다. 특히 남북 경제협력이 활성화되면 건설 수요가 대폭 증가할 것이다. 건설은 사회기반시설을 조성하고 고용유발 효과가 큰 업종으로 사전에 준비할 필요성이 크다. 이에 건설분야를 담당하는 국제표준화기구(ISO)의 TC 59를 통한 남북 건설산업표준 추진방안을 제시하고자 한다. | - |
