| dc.description.abstract | 게임물 등급분류제도는 게임물의 건전한 유통을 위해 도입되었으나, 심사과정이 불투명하고 결과가 자의적이라는 비판이 끊이지 않는다. 이러한 비판은 국내적으로만 이루어지고 있으나 게임 산업이 서비스무역에 해당하는 한, 지적되는 문제점들이 GATS에서 금지하는 비관세장벽에 해당한다면 서비스무역 분쟁으로 발전할 가능성이 있을것으로 추정된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 게임물 등급분류제도의 비관세장벽 해당성을 검토하고 차후 발생할 수 있는 서비스무역 분쟁의 요소를 선제적으로 분석하여 어떠한 점이 무역분쟁적인 요소가 되는지 제시하고자 한다. | - |
