| dc.description.abstract | 연구목적: 본 연구는 자폐성 장애 아동의 아버지에 대한 국내외 연구 동향을 체계적으로 분석하여 아버지의 양육 경험, 역할, 지원 및 요구 사항을 종합적으로 파악한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 2015년부터 2024년까지 발표된 국내외 논문 48편을 분석하여 자폐성 장애 아동의 아버지의 양육 경험과 어려움을 조사하였다. 검토는 연간 연구 동향, 연구 방법론, 참여자 특성 및 주요 키워드를 기반으로 수행되었다. 연구결과: 연구 참여자 연령은 28~90세까지였으며, 자녀 연령은 2~45세까지로 미취학 아동부터 성인 자녀에 이르기까지 폭넓게 분포했다. 분석논문의 주요 주제를 분석한 결과 양육 스트레스 및 심리적 부담, 사회적·제도적 지원 부족과 개선 필요성, 가족 내 역할 변화와 부부 협력의 중요성, 그리고 아버지의 양육 참여와 자녀 발달 간의 관계 등 네 가지로 정리되었다. 결론: 본 연구는 자폐성 장애 가족에 맞는 정책 및 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료가 된다. 또한 양육 및 가족 역학에서 아버지의 역할을 강화하기 위한 교육적, 심리적 지원 전략을 제안한다. | - |
