| dc.description.abstract | 한국 사회에서 다문화 청소년이 지속적으로 증가함에 따라(교육기본통계, 2023) 다문화 청소년의 특성 및 적응에 대한 연구 의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 특히 다문화 청소년의 학업중단율이 일반 청소년에 비해 높아 다문화 청소년의 학업중단 위험요인 에 대한 연구 필요성이 존재한다. 본 연구는 부모의 방임이 다문화 청소년의 학업중단에 미치는 영향에 있어 교사 관계와 학교 적응의 이중매개효과에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 분석에는 SPSS process macro(model 6)가 사용되었다. 다문화청소년패널데이 터 중 2019년 9차 데이터를 활용하였으며 총 1,146명의 자료가 포함되었다. 연구 결과 부모의 방임은 교사 관계와 학교적응을 통해 생활 및 태도 관련 학업중단 위험요인 및 친구 및 선후배 관련 학업중단 위험요인 모두에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 구체적으 로, 생활 및 태도 관련 학업중단 위험요인에는 학교 부적응이, 친구 및 선후배 관련 학업중단 위험요인에는 학교적응이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 다문화 청소년의 학업중단에 있어 적절한 개입 방법을 제시하였다. | - |
