코칭학 성과 및 도전에 관한 탐색적 연구: 국내 코칭학을 중심으로

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 왜 코칭학이어야 하는가에 대한 질문으로 시작하였다. 국내에서 코칭학에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되었다. 코칭을 좀더 효과적으로 하기 위해서코칭에 대한 근본적 탐색 및 성찰이 필요하다. 이는 코칭학은 무엇인가에 대한탐색적 질문으로 연결된다. 코칭전문가뿐만 아니라 일반인도 코칭학이 무엇인가에 대한 인식을 할 수 있도록 코칭학을 명확히 하는 것은 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 코칭학의 과거, 현재 및 미래에 관한 탐색적 연구를 하였고 다음과 같은 연구문제를 논의하였다. 첫째, 코칭학의 현재까지의 성과는 무엇인가? 둘째, 코칭학의 미래를 위한 도전 과제를 어떻게 해야 하는가? 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코칭에 대한 역사적, 철학적 고찰을 하였으며, 사회과학적 고찰과 사회문화적 고찰을 통하여 코칭학에 대한 기반을 분석하였다. 둘째, 코칭학에 대한 현재까지의 성과를 알아보고자 국내 코칭학, 코칭동향 및 코칭심리학 연구를 포함하여 관련 연구를 분석하여 그 의미를 분석하였고 현재까지의 코칭학 발전 관련하여 국내 코칭학 및 국외 코칭학에 대한 지금까지의 현황과 관련한 의미를 분석하였다. 셋째, 미래의 코칭학을 위한 도전과제로 융합을 통한 연계성 추구, 미래 변화의 불확실성에 준비, 개인 및 관계의복잡성 해결을 위한 기본 및 혁신성 추구를 제시하였다. | - |
