| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 대학에서 진로․커리어 코칭에 대한 관심 증가하고 있으나, 대학생진로․커리어 코칭프로그램에 대한 효과성 분석에 대한 연구는 미미하여, 각 연구결과를 체계적이고 계량적으로 분석할 수 있는 메타분석방법을 활용하여 대학생 진로․커리어 코칭프로그램의 효과성을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상 자료는 한국학술정보원(KISS, Korean Studies Information) 의 학회지 원문서비스, 한국교육학술정보원의 검색엔진(RISS) 및 국회도서관을이용하여 관련된 10개의 논문을 선정하여, 메타분석을 위한 통계처리CMA(Comprehensive Meta-Analysis) 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 진로․커리어 코칭프로그램의전체효과 크기는 0.727로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로․커리어 코칭프로그램의 특성에따른 효과 크기 관련해서는 진로․커리어 코칭프로그램이 비교과목으로 운영될때 보다 교과목으로 운영될 때 효과크기가 크게 나타났다. 셋째, 코칭프로그램의 진행자 수에 따른 효과 크기 관련해서는 진로․커리어 코칭프로그램의 진행자가 3명인 경우로 참가자들에 대한 개별적 코칭이 이루어진 가장 경우 효과가크게 나타났다. 넷째, 코칭프로그램의 형태에 따른 효과 크기관련해서는 그룹코칭으로 진행될 때 가장 큰 효과크기를 보여주었으며, 다음으로는 그룹 및 혼합코칭 순으로 효과크기를 보여주었다. 논의 및 결론을 바탕으로 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. | - |
