| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 환경보존활동이 리더십생활기술에 미치는 영향력과 요인들 간의 관계에서 자아존중감과 공동체의식의 매개효과를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원의 2016년 3차년도 ‘청소년활동 참여 실태조사 연구(A Study on Korean Youth’s Participation in Hands-on Activities III)’ 자료를 이용하였다. 대도시지역 중학생 1,114명을 대상으로 Stata 13을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석, Baron과 Kennny의 매개효과분석법과 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경보존활동은 리더십생활기술에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경보존활동과 리더십생활기술의 관계에서 자아존중감의 부분매개효과가 파악되었다. 셋째, 환경보존활동과 리더십생활기술의 관계에서 공동체의식의 완전매개효과가 검증되었다. 즉, 환경보존활동은 매개변인인 자아존중감과 공동체의식을 통하여 리더십생활기술에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. | - |
