| dc.description.abstract | 예비사회적기업은 사회적기업으로 성장하기 위한 성장통로로서 매년 지정기업의 수가 증가하고 있으나 지속가능한 성장과 내실 있는 사업운영에 필요한 성과지표를 적용하고 있지만, 현행 성과지표는 사회적기업을 기준으로 치중되어 있어서 사업 초기모델인 예비사회적기업에 실무적으로 적용하기 어려운 점이 있다. 이러한 점에서 예비사회적기업만의 성과지표에 대한 개발이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 예비사회적기업의 성과지표에 대한 문헌고찰 및 실증연구를 통해서 성과지표의 이론적 근거를 제시하고 새로운 문항을 발굴하여 우수한 예비사회적기업의 판별기준을 위한 예비사회적기업 균형성과표(Balanced Scorecard; BSC)관점에서의 성과지표를 도출한 점에서 기존의 연구들과는 구별된다. 당담공무원 및 실제 예비사회적기업 대표등 다양한 전문가집단과 델파이조사를 3회 실시하여 이론적 근거를 마련하였으며 연구결과 사회적관점, 재무적관점, 고객(이해관계자)관점, 내부프로세스관점, 학습 및 성장관점에서 총23개의 세부항목을 도출하였다. 본 연구가 사용한 지표를 활용하면 실무적으로 예비사회적기업의 발전에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 전망된다. | - |
