| dc.description.abstract | 2000년 도입 이래 국민기초생활보장제도의 보장성은 매해 증가하였다. 하지만 최근 빈곤층확산 및 소득 양극화의 가속화로 보장수준 확대에 대한 논의가 지속되고 있다. 본 연구는기초생활보장제도 보장확대 정책의 거시경제효과 정량화를 목적으로 동태확률일반균형 모형을제시하고 모형실험을 수행한다. 모형실험 결과에 따르면, 기초생활보장제도의 보장확대는가구의 노동공급 및 저축 유인을 감소시키며 이에 따른 총생산요소량의 감소는 경제의총생산을 위축시키지만 사회복지(social welfare) 수준은 오히려 향상된다. 동일한 예산을투입할 경우, 수급기준 완화를 통한 보장확대가 가구당 급여액 증대보다 효과적으로사회복지수준을 향상시키는 반면 생산위축 효과는 더 큰 것으로 예측된다. | - |
