| dc.description.abstract | 경찰협력과 관련한 수많은 연구들은 경찰조직에 대한 시민의 인식에 근거하여 경찰활동에 대한 시민의 협력과 참여의 수준이 변화할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 이 연구도 경찰협력과 관련한 연구의 일환으로서 시민의 경찰협력의사에 대한 영향요인을 확인하는 것에 목적이 있다. 경찰협력의사에 대한 영향요인으로는 경찰정당성 인식과 경찰효과성 인식 그리고 법준수의사가 설정되었으며, 각각의 변수가 예측변인으로서 경찰협력의사에 미치는 영향력을 확인하였다. 연구결과 경찰협력의사에 대한 법준수의사와 경찰정당성 인식의 유의미한 영향력이 확인되었으며, 경찰효과성 인식의 영향력은 발견되지 않았다. 즉, 시민들의 경찰협력의사에 개인의 법에 대한 인식과 경찰의 정당성에 대한 인식이 영향을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 시민들에게 법체계에 대한 정확한 지식과 긍정적인 인식이 전달될 수 있는 준법교육이 수행되고, 그 과정에서 경찰 등 유관기관의 참여가 이루어진다면 준법을 넘어 협력에 이르기까지 그 외연이 더욱 확장될 수 있을 것이라 제언한다. | - |
