| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문은 부산, 경남지역의 경찰공무원 380명을 대상으로 직무열의 선행요인과 세대의 조절효과를 조사하였다. 선행요인으로는 심리적 계약과 공공봉사동기를 선정하였다. 분석결과, 거래적인 계약은 직무열의에 부정적인 영향을 끼쳤고, 관계적인 계약은 직무열의에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 공공봉사동기는 직무열의에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세대 차이는 공공봉사동기와 직무열의의 관계에서만 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 밀레니얼 세대보다는 기성세대에게서 공공서비스동기가 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 더 크다는 것을 보여준다. 결론에서는 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 한계점과 시사점 그리고 후속연구의 방향을 제시하였다. | - |
