- Abstract
- 본 연구는 소송의 승·패소에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 밝혀내고자 시도하였다. 이를 위해 2010-2019년 대법원 조세소송 판결문으로부터 수집한 자료를 변수화하고 로짓회귀모형을 추정하였다. 분석 결과, 납세자 측에서 대형 로펌의 선임과 승소확률의 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 국세사건의 경우 납세자의 승소율이 높았으며, 과거에 비해 2017-2019년에 국가의 조세소송 패소율이 높은 것으로 확인되었다.
