| dc.description.abstract | 사회가 기대하는 보호관찰관의 역할과 실제 보호관찰관이 수행해야 하는 역할 간의 갈등이 존재하며 이로 인해 보호관찰관의 직무 환경은 어려워지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 배경에서 이 연구는 보호관찰관의 직무 만족에 영향을 주는 요인을 개인요인과 조직차원요인으로 나눠 검증하였다. 분석을 위한 자료는 2014년 형사정책연구원에서 실시한 보호관찰관 대상 조사의 데이터를 2차 활용하였으며 연구 모델 검증을 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 개인요인에서 연령의 변인과 조직차원요인에서 대상자에 대한 통제 불가 및 두려움 요인은 부적으로 직무만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 연령이 증가할수록 직무만족은 감소하였고 대상자에 대한 통제 불가 및 두려움이 증가할수록 역시 직무만족이 감소하였다. | - |
