- 본 논문은 전 세계적으로 막대한 영향력을 미치고 있는 온라인 플랫폼 관련 공정경쟁 이슈들에 대해 주제별로 논의한다. 먼저, 간단한 이론 모형 분석을 통해 양면사업모델을 채택한 플랫폼의 시장구조별로 가격결정 방식에 대한 이해를 도모한다. 이를 기초로, 기존 거대 온라인 플랫폼의 지배력 유지 가능성 또는 신규 플랫폼의 진입가능성, 배타적 계약의 효과, 수직결합의 봉쇄 가능성, 잠재적 경쟁사 인수 이슈, 데이터에 의한 경쟁제한성 등의 주제에 대해 최근의 학술 연구들을 중심으로 논의한다.
