| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 우리나라의 영상 콘텐츠 중, 1인 미디어 시장이 보다 발전적이며 지속가능한 시장으로 발전할 수 있는 방향성에 대하여 논의하였다. 현재 1인 미디어를 중심으로 한 영상 콘텐츠 산업의 문제점을 살펴 본 결과, 자극적인 콘텐츠에 대한 규제의 미흡성과 저작권 문제, 기술에 대한 국내 표준화의 미흡이 주요한 문제점인 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구자는 국가수준 교육과정 차원에서 디지털 미디어 리터러시 역량을 교육하여 미디어 사용자들에 대한 윤리의식을 키움과 동시에 미디어 사용에 대한 전문성을 함양의 필요성, 1인 미디어를 향한 지원정책의 방향성을 기술개발에 대한 R&D로 지원하는 방향성을 견지해야 함을 주장하였다. 또한, 향후 1인 미디어에 대한 규제가 확립될 경우 방송법과 통신법 등으로 나누어 각기 다른 법체계로 인해 규제되는 것이 아니라 1인 미디어 서비스를 중심으로 규제를 시행하는 수평적 규제가 이루어져야 함을 제시하였다. | - |
