| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구의 목적은 한국 엔지니어의 국제적 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위하여 기술사로서 갖추어야 할 공학소양 및 공학기초능력 등을 포함하고 있는 기본시험에 대한 평가방안을 도출하는데 있었다. 이를 위해, 현행 기술사 제도의 문제점을 고찰하고, 체계적인 기술사 평가제도를 운영하고 있는 대표적인 국가로 미국의 FE시험과 일본의 기술사 1차 시험의 사례를 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 기본시험의 검정영역, 출제기준, 및 검정방법을 포함한 평가방안으로서 현행 검정 체계를 유지하면서 국제적 통용성과 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있도록 검정 체계를 강화하는 단기 방안과 글로벌 스탠다드에 맞춰 검정 체계를 전면 개편하는 중장기 방안을 도출하였다. 기본시험 평가방안을 토대로 기술사 기본시험의 실행화를 위한 정책 제언을 제시하였다. | - |
