dc.description.abstractDaily life in the post-COVID-19 era has changed so rapidly that it is distinct from before COVID-19. The purpose ofthis study is to present a new role of residential space newly required in this era and detailed design plans accordingly. Theresearch field was set as a representative area of apartment housing as a complex plan, unit generation, community facilities,and underground parking lot. It emphasized the wind path and greening plan in the complex and the step-by-step complexplan to safely respond to the virus it also presented functions that residential spaces in the post-COVID-19 era should haveacross all areas of unit generation planning, such as variable structure, alpha room, generation separation, clean porch, kitchen,terrace, and an unexpanded balcony. For safe communication in non-face-to-face situations due to the pandemic, an effectiveunderground parking lot entry plan was also devised through drive-throughs and community facilities organically. Through thesestudies in each field, It suggested the direction of future apartment houses and practical application plans.-
