| dc.description.abstract | 유튜브 콘텐츠의 다양성에 주목한 기존 연구와 달리 본 연구는 이용자들의 유튜브 추천 시스템에 대한 만족도에 영향을 미치는요인을 밝히고자 하였다. 구체적으로 기술수용모델에 이용자들의 인식 변인인 콘텐츠 선호 적합성, 프라이버시 염려를 추가하여 이러한 변인들이 유튜브 AI 추천 시스템의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 20~30대의 대학생을대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구의 응답자들에게 있어서 기술수용모델의 주요 변인인 유희성, 유용성은 유튜브 AI 추천 시스템 만족도에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 요인으로 나타난 반면에 용이성의 영향력은 발견되지않았다. 둘째, 유튜브 콘텐츠의 선호적합성은 AI 추천 시스템 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 프라이버시 염려는 유튜브AI 추천 시스템 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점과 후속 연구의 과제를 제언하였다. | - |
