| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 최근 증가하고 있는 재정지출의 재원 마련 방법에 대한 국민의 선호도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색한다. 구체적으로 신규 사업의 재원조달 수단인 증세와 지출구조조정에 대한 국민의 태도에 영향을 미치는 결정 요인에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 시민들은 사회 분야와 경제분야 선호가 높을수록 증세 태도에 긍정적 인식을 가지고 있으며 정치적으로 진보 성향의 시민과, 정책 참여 선호 및 정부에 대한 신뢰가 높은 시민일수록 증세에 긍정적인 태도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시민들의 과세형평성 및 예산집행 효율성에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 증세에 긍정적인 태도를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편 경제분야 선호도가 높고 정책 참여 및 정부 신뢰가 높으며 지출 비효율성에 불만족하는 시민일수록 지출구조조정에 긍정적인 태도를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 정부의 재원조달 마련 수단에 대한 국민의 수용성을 높일 수 있는 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. | - |
