| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 2016년 러시아의 미국 대통령 선거 개입 사례를 심층적으로 분석하며, 구체화된 연구 질문에 대한 실증적 분석을 함께 수행한다. 우선 2016년 러시아의 미국 대선개입과 그에 대한 미국의 대응을 살펴본다. 이때 러시아의 선거 개입 사례를 러시아의 이메일 해킹 및 온라인 공작, 트럼프 선거캠프와 러시아의 공모 혐의, 트럼프 대통령의 사법방해 혐의의 세 가지로 구분하고, 로버트 뮬러 특별검사가 각 사안을 어떻게 수사했는지 정리한다. 이 논문의 실증 분석은 러시아의 선거 개입에 대한 미국 유권자들의 태도 차이에 주목한다. 회귀분석 결과 유권자의 정파적 소속감(정당일체감)과 정파 지지의 강도가 그들이 선거 개입에 관련된 정보를 수용하는 태도의 차이에 유의미하게 작용하였다. 첫째, 민주당 지지자는 러시아의 선거 개입이 트럼프의 당선에 도움이 되었다고 본 반면 공화당 지지자는 선거 개입 사실은 인정하나 어느 후보에게도 도움이 되지 않았다고 보는 경향이 있었다. 둘째, 대통령 선거 운동 기간 트럼프 캠프와 러시아의 부적절한 접촉은 사실로 드러났음에도, 응답자의 정파적 성향에 따라 이를 수용하는 태도에 차이가 나타났다. | - |
