포털 뉴스 이용자의 댓글 쓰기 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 포털 뉴스 이용자들이 지속적으로 댓글을 작성하는 이유를 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 댓글 쓰기에 영향을 주는 요인을 크게 뉴스 관련 요인(포털뉴스 이용, 뉴스 신뢰도, 언론보도 평가, 언론인 평가), 댓글 관련 요인(댓글 읽기 빈도, 댓글 신뢰도, 댓글 내용 평가, 댓글 영향력 평가), 정치 관련 요인(정치성향, 정치 참여)으로 구분하고 각 요인들이 댓글쓰기 빈도와 어떤 연관이 있는지를 확인하였다. 이를 위해, 설문조사 전문기관인 엠브레인코리아에 의뢰하여 포털 뉴스를 이용하면서 댓글을 읽고 써본 경험이 있는 이용자 227명에 대해온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 댓글 쓰기 빈도와 유의미하게 관련된 요인들은 온라인 정치 참여, 보수적 정치성향, 댓글 신뢰도, 댓글 읽기 빈도의 순으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는 포털 뉴스 이용자들이 뉴스 댓글을 대안적 정치 참여의 수단으로 인식하고 있으며, 댓글에 대한 긍정적 인식 및 이용이 댓글 작성의 선행 요인이라는 것을 보여준다. | - |
