| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 스마트워크 환경에서 모바일 그룹웨어의 사용이 업무효율성과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 선행연구를 기반으로 모바일 그룹웨어의 매체 특성으로 편재성, 유용성, 용이성과 정보시스템 특성으로 콘텐츠 접근성, 직무관련성, 정보품질을 도출한 후 각각의 특성이 업무효율성과 직무만족도에 미치는 상대적 영향력의 차이를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 업무효율성에는 유용성, 콘텐츠 접근성, 정보품질 순으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족도에는 콘텐츠 접근성, 유용성, 편재성, 직무 관련성 순으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합해 보면, 스마트워크의 효과인 업무효율성과 직무만족도를 높이기 위한 수단으로 모바일 그룹웨어의 활용이 적극적으로 검토될 필요성이 있다고 판단된다. | - |
