The hybrid network of the Economically Dependent Network(EDN) at the Sino-Korean border area which results from the aggregation of human actors and non-human actors has made each actor promote their own goals. The emerging configurations regarding the exchange of information through the EDN might revolutionize the consciousness of North Koreans. However, the EDN plays the role of an actor’s expanding the horizon of each individual, instead of cementing the group. Even though each individual might be an agency in the EDN, the social structure does not allow the emergence of the collective agency to reshuffle the society of North Korea.-
