중고령 장애인의 우울 영향요인 연구 : 중년기와 고령기의 비교를 중심으로

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 중고령 장애인의 우울 영향요인을 연구하고자 한다. 장애인의 경우 비장애인에 비해 우울수준이 높은 경향을 보인다. 또한 노년기는 우울수준이 증가할 위험이 있다. 즉 장애와 노화를 함께 경험하는 고령장애인의 우울수준 및 영향요인을 파악하는 것은 매우 중요한 과제이다. 일부 선행연구가 고령장애인의 우울 영향요인을 연구하였으나 중년 및 고령장애인의 차별적 영향요인에 관한 연구는 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 중년기와 고령기의 비교를 통하여 생애주기에 따른 우울예방 및 경감 전략을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 2014년 복지패널의 장애인 부가조사 원자료를 분석하였다. 분석대상은 해당 조사에 본인이 응답한 40세 이상의 장애인이다. 중년장애인(40～64세)과 고령장애인(65세 이상)의 비교를 시도하였다. 연구결과, 고령장애인의 경우 중년장애인에 비해 여성, 중졸이하, 사별/이혼, 장애상태 악화, 저소득, 일상생활 도움필요의 비중이 높았다. 또한 고령장애인은 장애로 인한 사회적 차별경험, 친구 및 지인지지의 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 우울 영향요인의 분석결과를 보면, 중년장애인의 경우 미혼, 가족지지, 사별/이혼, 일상생활 도움필요, 장애로 인한 사회적 차별, 친구 및 지인의 순으로 우울을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 고령장애인의 경우 일상생활도움필요도, 가족지지, 연령, 장애상태 악화, 미혼, 친구 및 지인지지의 순으로 우울을 예측하였다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여 중고령장애인 우울예방을 위한 실천적 제언을 제시하였다. | - |
