- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 2021년 7월말 기준 국내 4대 가상자산사업자에 상장된 모든 가상자산 데이터를 수집하여 국내 가상자산 유통시장의 현황을 분석하고, 다음 세 가지 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 4대 가상자산사업자들은 각기 다른 상장정책을 채택하였다. 둘째, 국내 4대 가상자산사업자에 2021년 7월말 기준 상장되어 있는 가상자산은 모두 347개이며, 이중 국내 35.4%인 123개가 내국인 발행 가상자산이다. 셋째, 내국인 발행 가상자산 123개 특정 단일 거래소에서 20% 이상 거래량이 발생하는 경우가 99개(80.5%)로 나타났다. 따라서 국내 가상자산시장의 발행시장과 유통시장을 법제화함에 있어서 국제적 정합성을 고려함과 동시에 국내 가상자산시장의 특징을 반영할 필요가 있다.
