| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 사무소 건물의 외피 설계 요소가 건물의 냉·난방 및 조명 분야의 총에너지사용량에 미치는 영향을 평가하고, 건물 에너지 절감을 위한 최적의 설계 대안을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사무소 건물의 기준 모델과 변수 수준을 설정하였고, 실험계획법을 이용하여 에너지 해석 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이러한 시뮬레이션을 통해 수집된 에너지사용량 데이터를 기반으로 민감도 분석을 수행하였고, 각 디자인 요소의 기여율과 영향력을 산출하였다. 또한, 이를 기반으로 설계 단계에서 활용 가능한 대안 흐름도를 제시하고, 추가적인 분석을 위해 다중회귀분석을 통한 에너지사용량 예측방정식을 개발하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서는 설계자가 설계 초기 단계에서 외피 설계 요소에 따른 다양한 대안을 비교하고, 에너지 효율적인 최적의 설계 대안을 선택할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. | - |
