| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 중앙정부 주도의 대표적인 청년 대상 자산형성지원사업의 일환인 청년내일저축계좌 사업 참여자들의 관점에서 사업참여의 어려움과 개선 욕구를 파악하였다. 2022년도와 2023년도에 청년내일저축계좌 사업에 참여한 총 43명의 청년들을 4개의집단으로 구성하여 각 1회씩 총 4회에 걸쳐 초점집단인터뷰를 수행하였다. 귀납적 주제분석을 통해 6개의 상위주제와 18개의하위주제가 도출되었다. 사업에 참여한 청년들은 사업 참여 및 유지 조건을 충족시키는 것에 대한 어려움과 사업 참여 및 유지에 대한지원의 부재를 보고하였다. 또한 사업 참여와 유지를 위한 지원, 전달체계의 편의성 증진, 사업에 대한 인식 증진, 자산형성 교육과상담의 강화에 대한 개선 욕구를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 청년내일저축계좌 참여 청년 당사자들의 목소리를 통해 청년들의 자산형성과경제적 자립을 촉진하기 위한 실질적인 개선 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다. | - |
