Abstract
The purpose of this study was to delve deeply into the leisure experiences I underwent through participation in dog patrol activities. To accomplish this, a qualitative research method was employed, utilizing an autobiographical cultural technology journal among the research methodologies of auto-ethnography magazines. The study yielded several significant findings. First, my sense of respect for myself improved. It was an opportunity to look back on my life, an opportunity to let go of anxiety and find joy, and an opportunity to positively review childbirth. Second, it was found that the family bond was strengthened before and after the patrol activities. From 'me' to 'we', it can be felt that it is being made through sharing family values, promoting communication between families, and changing. Third, it became an opportunity to awaken the lack of physical strength, and efforts for healthy physical strength are continuing, and in the process, they became partners who took care of each other's health by interacting with dogs. Fourth, participation in community activities increased. It became an opportunity to actively participate in the community for dogs, increase responsibility for dogs, and further actively participate in local community activities. In particular, this study can contribute to providing the necessary elements for the dog patrol, currently operating as a meaningful pilot project, to be established as an official initiative.
