| dc.description.abstract | 사회 환경의 급격한 변화는 다양한 요인들의 복합적인 상호작용에 의해 발생한다. 사회 환경의 변화 요인 중 팬데믹(COVID-19)의 영향으로 급격한 변화가 나타났다. 이를 통해 변화를 초래한 팬데믹(COVID-19)의 개념과 양상을 종합적으로 정리하고, 사회 환경 변화에 대한 건축적 대응을 분석하고, 공동 주거 환경의 변화와 인간 행동에 따른 대응 패턴과 행동을 살펴보았다. 이에 팬데믹(COVID-19)에 대응하여 공동 주택의 재건축 사례를 분석하고, 선행 연구를 통해 팬데믹(COVID-19) 발병 전후의 공동 주택을 선정하여 분석 기준을 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로 종합적으로 분석했다. | - |
