| dc.description.abstract | 최근 금융산업에서도 플랫폼 비즈니스화가 빠르게 이루어지고 있다. 금융 플랫폼은 3가지 유형(금융중개형, 탈금융중개형, 금산결합형)으로 분류할 수 있다. 향후 빠르게 확산될 것으로 예상되는 금산결합형 플랫폼은 플랫폼 비즈니스로서 많은 강점을 지니고 있어 금융산업에 근본적인 변화를 일으킬 가능성이 높다. 본 연구는 금산결합형 플랫폼이 금융안정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 Guembel (2017) 및 Banal-Estanol et al. (2013)을 응용하여 이론적으로 분석한다. 구체적으로 계열사의 증가 및 이종산업 간의 결합이 기업(그룹)의 부도확률과 조달금리에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 아울러 본 연구는 금산결합형 플랫폼이 촉발할 금융혁신을 어떻게 제도적으로 뒷받침할 것인지 검토하고 인허가 제도의 개편, 기관기반의 금융규제 도입, 원칙중심의 감독체계 도입을 새로운 정책대안으로 제시한다. | - |
