| dc.description.abstract | 2022년 발발한 러시아와 우크라이나 사이의 무력충돌은 기존의 재래식 무기를 통한 현대전의 수행에 명확한 한계를 노출시켰다. 이번 전쟁은 특히 드론을 이용한 공격 및 탐지, 스타링크 위성을 통한 GPS 기술의 전술적 이용을 포함한 정보 전술의 활용의 범위가 가상공간이나 데이터 베이스 차원에서 현실 전장으로 확대된 최초의 전쟁이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 전술적 변화는 기존의 사이버전을 담당하는 형태뿐 아니라 야전에서 IT기술을 활용하는 다양한 신분과 지위를 가진 사람들로 구성된 IT군대(Information Technology Army)의 출현을 결과하였다. 이에 이 글에서는 1949년 4개의 제네바협약과 1977년 추가의정서들을 포함하는 국제인도법에 따라 이들과 제기되는 다양한 국제인도법적 쟁점을 분석하였다. | - |
