| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 필라테스 참가자의 객관화된 신체의식이 신체존중감과 지속의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구에 앞서 필라테스 수업에 실제로 참여한 서울과 경기도에 거주하는 235명의 참가자들에게 설문지를 배포하여, 부적절하게 대답한 15개의 설문지를 제외하고 총 220개의 설문지가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구에서 SPSS V.22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도, 타당도, 기술통계, 상관분석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 필라테스 참가자 각각의 특성에 대한 객관화된 신체 의식은 신체 존중감과 지속 의도 사이의 관계에 부분적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 필라테스 참가자들의 객관화된 신체 의식은 신체 존중감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 필라테스 참가자의 객관화된 신체의식은 지속의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 필라테스 참가자들의 신체존중감은 지속의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. | - |
