- Abstract
- 본 연구는 고졸 사회초년생의 진로경험과정을 분석함으로써 시간적 흐름에 따른 진로경험의 사실구조를 파악했다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 활용해 고졸 사회초년생의 진로경험을 파악하고 사실구조를 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고졸 사회초년생의 사실구조는 ‘진로경험의 악순환’ 구조와 ‘악순환의 고리 끊기’ 구조로 이분화됐다. 둘째, 경험구조의 이원화는 취업 전중후라는 시간적 흐름과 개인적⋅환경적⋅인지적 변인의 상호작용으로 인한 진로관련 지원 및 장애물의 영향을 복합적으로 받았다. 고졸 사회초년생의 긍정적 진로경험구조에는 ‘우수한 정보력’, ‘중시하는 진로가치’, ‘진로의 체계적 목표수립’, ‘풍부한 사회적 지원’, ‘취업 전 단계의 진로경험’, ‘진로와 가치가 일치하는정도’의 개인적⋅환경적 요인이 개별적으로도 복합적으로도 크게 기여했다. 연구 결과에 대한 논의와결론을 바탕으로 고졸 사회초년생의 선순환적 진로경험구조를 확대하기 위한 시사점을 제시했다.
