- Abstract
- 본 연구는 대한민국 결혼이주여성과 쉼터에 거주하고 있는 이주여성이 국적취득과정 중 발생하는 문제점에 대해 살펴보고 서비스 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 쉼터 결혼이주여성 5명을 대상으로 심리치료를 진행하면서 국적취득 시 경험한 사례를 분석하였고 선행연구자료 및 관련 학술지를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 배우자와 다문화가정에 상호문화교육을 실시해야 한다. 둘째, 국적취득 시 정확하고 신속한 정보를 통합적으로 제공할 수 있는 국적전문상담센터도입이 필요하다. 셋째, 다문화가족지원법에서 지원하는 대상의 범위 확대가 필요하다. 이러한 개선방안을 토대로 결혼이주여성의 안정적인 한국생활을 위한 국적취득의 절차는 효율적이고 합리적으로 이루어져야 한다.
