| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 이민자가 한국사회의 구성원으로 적응･자립할 수 있도록 도움을 주기 위해 사회통합프로그램 제도와 운영 현황을 파악하여 이민자들에게 더 나은 과정을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 법무부 등에서 제공하는 통계자료 등을 기초로 진행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무상교육으로 인한 학습 참여율 저하를 막기 위해 일부 유료 수업을 제안하였다. 둘째, 전국 사회통합프로그램 운영기관의 확장을 제안하였다. 셋째, 교육커리큘럼에서 한국사회 이해과정의 수업 시간을 늘리는 것을 제안하였다. 넷째, 사회통합프로그램 의무화를 제안하였다. 마지막으로 탈북민을 포함한 국민을 위한 교육프로그램 개발을 제안하였다. | - |
