| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 중국 수출 기업의 B2B 관계마케팅 전략에 따른 전환비용의 효과를 기업성과, 만족, 가치, 그리고 신뢰 측면에서 고찰하였다. 특히, 전환비용에 대한 만족, 가치, 신뢰, 기업성과 간의 이론적 차이를 대안모형을 통해 최적모형 선택에 초점을 둔다. 총 329명의 B2B 관계교환에 참여하는 한국 수출 기업을 중심으로, 본 연구의 전반적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대안모형 선택과정을 통해 전환비용 연구의 이론적 틀을 강화시키고, 시사점을 제시하였다. 둘째, 연구방법론 측면에서는 기존 선행연구들이 주로 구조방정식을 이용한 모형검증에 초점을 둔 반면, 본 연구에서는 구조방정식의 핵심인 대안모형을 제시하고, 실증분석을 실행한 후, 연구결과에 따라 최적모형을 선택하였다. 즉, 대안모형을 통해 중국 수출 기업의 관계마케팅 활동을 전환비용 측면에서 최적화시킬 수 있는 대안모형이 무엇인가에 대해 선택했으며, 구조방정식을 이용한 주요 구성개념의 이론적 관계를 고찰하였다. 이에 기반으로 방법론적 측면에서도 연구 시사점을 강화하였다. | - |
