Abstract
We propose in this study an empirical nonlinear model to extract DC intrinsic transconductance (g(mDC)) and output conductance (g(dsDC)) from the high frequency intrinsic parameter set. The proposed method based on a nonlinear equation show a very good agreement in DC I-V characteristics between the calculations and measurements with a fitting error of 0.25% and enables us successfully extract the g(mDC) and g(dsDC).
