| dc.description.abstract | 해양경찰은 해양과 함정이라는 특수한 근무환경에 처해 있기 때문에 직무위험성이 높고 그로인한 스트레스와 우울감이 크다. 이 연구에서는 해양경찰의 직무위험성으로 인한 우울감을 설명하기 위하여 스트레스 취약성의 조절효과를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 분석을 위해 ‘해양경찰 복지실태 조사 및 중·장기 복지전략 수립’ 연구에 활용된 데이터를 활용하였으며, 조절효과를 확인하기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과 인구사회학적 특성 및 직무적 특성 중 입직경로, 소속지방청, 근무형태 등이 우울감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무위험성 인지수준이 높을수록 우울감도 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 직무위험성 인지수준과 우울감의 관계에서 스트레스 취약성의 조절효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. | - |
