| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 2015년 해양경찰교육원에서 교육을 받은 해양경찰 공무원 532명을 대상으로 하여 교육훈련에 대한 만족도와 교육만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 교육생들의 교육훈련에 대한 만족도는 보통보다 높은 것으로 조사되었고 전반적으로 교육훈련에 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 교육훈련에 영양을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 개인적 특성과 교육환경 요인이 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개인적 특성으로는 자기효능감과 학습동기가 교육훈련만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교육환경 요인의 경우 강사자질, 상사지원, 동료지원이 교육훈련만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여 교육훈련의 만족도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 조직의 학습풍토를 개선하여 상사와 동료들 간의 교육에 대한 교류를 높일 수 있는 지원, 강사와 강의의 질을 높이기 위한 다양한 교수법의 활용, 수업에 대한 실무자와 교육대상자에 대한 수요조사를 교육훈련 개선 및 수정보완이 필요함을 제언하였다. | - |
